Celebration of the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity
With regard to Ecumenism, meetings with the Pastors of the Presbyterian Church and Baptist Church were being held. The Meetings were called mainly to prepare for the week of Prayer for Christian Unity.
The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity did not take place on the usual dates in January 2021 due to the celebration of the Pastoral and Economic Week in the Archdiocese, which brought together the priests of the Archdiocese and their immediate lay collaborators at the Paul VI Memorial Pastoral Centre, Bamendankwe for a week-long celebration.
